This app is actually horrid. As a software developer i could make something better in 24 hours. This happens to be one of the only reliable ways to pay rent and its not working on not only 1 but 2 different cellular devices. It should be illegal to give residents this as an online payment portal. This is just purely pathetic.
Good app but there's always room to improve.
If you have 5 or 6 pending service requests (which you will, because "Conner" Group will ignore them, or won't close old ones), the app's UI won't let you create a new one. It tells you the "Phone Number is required". You look and see no Phone Number field. Then you find out that's because the Pending Requests list at the bottom pushes that field up above the page. And the app doesn't let you scroll up to fill it in. I literally can't submit any more service requests to this horrible company.
App doesn't work
The app is TERRIBLE. I am having the exact same issues as listed in previous reviews. If the company is doing so well they should be able to afford an upgrade with better performance. Especially with the Outrageous Fees! Need to say no more because I can go on and on about this company.
The app is archaic and lacks material design themes. it provides little to no information avout bills, the auto payment feature is awful. the fees are absurd. You cant change the date of the auto pay (it's when you sign up). So to use it correctly, you have to sign up on the first day of the month.
Residents shouldn't be forced to download and link to a rather pointless and feature poor app just to get a service request. Should be able to simply submit a request online.
thay are constantly getting amount incorrect everything from trash and thay will try to increase the monthly rent up to 250 a month increase. I will say thay are as nice and helpful correct ing the errors
Frustrating and out of date. I have not been able to make a payment using this app at all, and I have tried 4 different times. I get an error message "try again later" after each attempt. Disappointed!!
This app has done nothing but made my life hell. I don't know what they need to do but you would think that such a big company could get an app to work!
